About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Ward Receptionist to join our team at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust. As the first point of contact for patients and visitors, you will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Fulfill all necessary reception, clerical, and administrative tasks to facilitate and record patient information using technology systems.
- Provide excellent customer care and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, visitors, and staff.
Requirements
- Secondary School standard of education in basic numeracy and literacy.
- Relevant work experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
