Main Responsibilities- Fulfill all necessary reception, clerical, and administrative tasks to facilitate and record patient information using technology systems.
- Provide excellent customer care and communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and staff at all levels.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, reporting, and correspondence.
- Assist with the coordination of patient transport and other clinical services as needed.
