About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Assistant to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with spinal cord injury to live independently in their own homes and engage in community activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to clients with spinal cord injury, including assistance with daily living tasks and mobility.
- Accompany clients on outings and activities in the community, including driving them to appointments and social events.
- Assist with domestic duties, such as cleaning and laundry, to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment.
- Work collaboratively with our clinical and business leadership teams to ensure high-quality care and support services.
Requirements
- Full UK driving license
