The Role: Sales Advisor

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Sales Advisor to join our dedicated team. You will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, guiding clients through our extensive range of products, and ensuring their satisfaction.

  • Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: Provide expert advice, answer inquiries, and build lasting relationships with customers.
  • Product Expertise: Possess a comprehensive understanding of jewellery production materials, tools, and techniques to effectively assist clients.
  • Sales Acumen: Drive sales by identifying customer needs, recommending suitable products, and processing transactions efficiently.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the shop floor manager to maintain a well-organized and efficient workspace.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service within a retail environment.
  • Solid knowledge of jewellery production processes, materials, and tools.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Word, Excel, and internet navigation.

Compensation: £24,000 per annum
