Job Summary:
Expert Law is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Immigration Sales Executive to join their team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for converting potential clients into clients by providing expert immigration advice and selling our legal services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Answer incoming and make outgoing customer calls to convert them into clients.
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Sell our legal services to customers and increase order value, introducing new promotions, products, and product groups not previously purchased.
- Lead Management: Develop sales opportunities through careful analysis of data and account statistics, and manage all leads via our CRM to ensure all clients are kept updated and achieve maximum conversion rates.
- Performance Metrics: Archive Key Performance Indicators as set by management.
- Knowledge and Skills: Ability to learn quickly how immigration works and be a keen and fast learner.
Requirements:
- Previous Experience: Previous telesales/sales experience.
- Time Management: Able to work accurately to timescales.
- Communication Skills: Good telephone manner.
- Sales Focus: Sales focused with a drive to deliver against targets.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: £20,000 - £22,000 Basic - Plus Commission
OTE: £30K - £35K
Additional Benefits: Bonus scheme, Commission pay, Performance bonus, Quarterly bonus
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Location: In person
