We are seeking a highly driven part-time Executive Assistant to support our director, administrative coordinator, and OISC-registered legal advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative tasks, including bookkeeping and maintaining filing systems.
  • Organise and maintain office systems.
  • Handle executive communications, including emails and correspondence.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, PR, Marketing, Communication, or a related field (preferred but not required) or equivalent experience.
  2. Experience as an EA in a law firm (desired but not required).
  3. Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written skills.
  4. Turkish speakers preferred.
  5. CRM knowledge, proficiency with office productivity tools, and adaptability to new software.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Competitive salary based on experience.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 5 hrs/day

Office located in N1 - Angel, Islington.
