- Act as the primary point of contact for administration purposes
- Provide post-interview support from MS Teams transcripts
- Prepare and review various documentation such as proposals, reports, and presentations
- Ensure timely and accurate correspondence
- Conduct internet research to support business assignments
- Utilize the internal database to identify relevant candidates
- Manage and update the database in compliance with GDPR requirements
- Assist with office administration tasks
- Manage the internal database effectively
- Deal with inbound enquiries
- Arrange travel and accommodation when necessary
- Support Directors with financial matters, including generating sales invoices and expenses claims
- Handle team and board meeting preparations
- Liaise with suppliers for facilities management
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Demonstrate a high level of integrity and discretion
- Confidently interact with clients
- Self-motivated, results-focused, and resilient
- Detail-oriented and methodical
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe
