Job Role: Sub-Contractor Coordinator

Search Consultancy is seeking a talented and experienced Scheduler/Co-ordinator to join their team in Edinburgh. This is a full-time role with a salary up to £26,000, depending on experience, plus benefits.

The ideal candidate will have extensive previous experience in a role involving scheduling, co-ordination of works, and administration. They will also have a full UK driving license, excellent communication and relationship building skills, and solid IT skills including the use of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel). Experience of PowerBI would be preferred but is not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact and liaison with the company's supply chain via telephone, email, and correspondence.
  • Allocate work to the sub-contractor network, ensuring that work is completed in line with SLA's and to requirements, while providing the best possible service.
  • Take ownership of issues and ensure that work is followed through to completion, chasing when necessary.
  • Monitor the progress of allocated works via the company's bespoke IT systems.
  • Support with the delivery of KPI's across your designated area.
  • Attend monthly review meetings with both sub-contractors and senior management.
  • Ensure that accurate notes are kept on all cases on the company's internal systems.
  • Carry out various other ad-hoc duties and administration as directed.
