The Company Search is a rapidly expanding organisation in the industrial services industry, currently employing over 100 people.

We are seeking an Office Assistant to join our dynamic team, who is organised, detail-orientated and has excellent communication skills in both English and Polish.

The Job In this role, you will play an essential part in maintaining smooth office operations by handling correspondence, preparing documents and managing schedules.

You will also support in recruitment administration and cover for other office staff when required.

Fluency in both English and Polish is important as you'll communicate with clients and internal teams in both languages, helping to solve any issues efficiently.

The Person It's essential that you are organised and comfortable at multitasking, with a good working knowledge of Microsoft 365.

Fluency in English and Polish is required to perform effectively in this role.

You will be the type of person to thrive in a busy office environment and be able to work independently.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial, and previous experience in administrative roles is advantageous.

The Benefits This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, offering a salary of £25,000 per annum.
