Administrative Operations Coordinator

Location: Ferndown
Type: Part-Time, Temporary
Salary: £25,000
As an Operations Administrator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily procurement and coordination efforts across the site, ensuring that operational effectiveness and adherence to company protocols are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Chief Engineer to oversee and sustain the inventory of tools and essential spare components.
- Develop and manage a comprehensive Catalogue for all parts along with a preferred supplier directory.
- Regularly update and maintain the Engineering Tracker spreadsheet.
- Continuously update and manage the defect record spreadsheet.
- Ensure the Contractor Inductions File is current and well-organized.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in administrative positions, ideally within the operations or logistics sectors.
- Exceptional organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail and the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
