Job Title: Regional Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Director to join our team at Jackson Sims Recruitment Ltd. As a Regional Director, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of property managers, overseeing property portfolios, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Manage and lead a team of property managers, ensuring they meet their targets and deliver exceptional service to clients.
  • Portfolio Management: Oversee the management of property portfolios, including arranging property visits, maintenance coordination, and budgeting.
  • Financial Management: Monitor and manage the team's financials, including processing and managing payment of invoices from contractors and suppliers.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, residents, and developers, identifying areas where the team can assist further.
  • Communication: Attend and confidently present in team meetings and residents meetings/AGMs/EGMs.
  • Record Keeping: Ensure the team maintains accurate records of property and maintenance details and instructions.
  • Complaint Resolution: Handle complaints, ensuring fair resolutions are reached while maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
  • Performance Improvement: Continuously assess and improve team performance, providing feedback and coaching to team members.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in managing and leading a team of property managers, with a track record of excellence.
  • Qualifications: Highly trained and experienced in Property Management with MTPI and AssocRICS qualifications.
  • Skills: Exceptional organisational skills, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to maintain professionalism and discretion at all times.
  • Customer Service: Proven record of excellent customer service, including during contentious situations.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex property-related challenges.
