Job Opportunity: Regional Sales Manager - FMCG Distribution

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in the North West region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and establishing distribution partnerships, managing key accounts, and driving growth across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and drive business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales objectives
  • Monitor competitor activity and consumer behavior to maintain a competitive edge
  • Negotiate and manage contracts and pricing with customers
  • Prepare reports for senior management to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales and distribution
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to analyze market data and trends to inform sales strategies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
