Regional Sales Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in the North West region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and establishing distribution partnerships, managing key accounts, and driving growth across the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and drive business growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales objectives
- Monitor competitor activity and consumer behavior to maintain a competitive edge
- Negotiate and manage contracts and pricing with customers
- Prepare reports for senior management to inform business decisions
- Proven track record of success in sales and distribution
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to analyze market data and trends to inform sales strategies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
