Regional Sales Executive - Wound Care Solutions

Location: Cheshire, Wirral, and North Wales

Sector: Medical Sales

ABOUT THE COMPANY: This is an exciting phase for a European manufacturer specializing in advanced wound care solutions as they continue to grow their team. They are in search of a motivated individual or a junior sales professional to cover the Cheshire, North Wales, Shropshire, and Mersey regions. As a family-owned private entity with a solid presence in the UK, the successful applicant will take over a promising territory with established relationships. This role is ideal for a junior medical sales candidate or a business-to-business sales professional eager to transition into medical sales, provided they possess the right attitude and determination. The groundwork is laid for a sales professional to increase market share, supported by strong formulary work and inclusions in the area. There are significant opportunities to foster advocacy and growth in both community and acute environments over the next year. Comprehensive coaching and product training will be provided.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: The successful Regional Sales Executive will reside within the designated area and should have prior experience in either a sales or clinical capacity in this region. Ideally, candidates will have a background in healthcare sales, but there is also a great opportunity for clinicians with sales aspirations or B2B sales professionals looking to enter this industry. While some experience is required, candidates with at least 12 months of sales experience are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of wound care and the community healthcare landscape in this region, along with contacts and a network of stakeholders; however, this is not mandatory as they will receive substantial support from colleagues and management. The role involves promoting premium wound care products based on their clinical features and benefits. Candidates will receive thorough training on products and excellent field coaching, but a strong sales drive and effective customer engagement skills are essential. The candidate must be comfortable working independently. Typical customer interactions will include Tissue Viability Nurses, District Nurses, Podiatrists, Care Home teams, Leg Ulcer teams, and Community Pharmacists.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE:
Base Salary: Up to £42,000
Bonus: 20%
