Job Description

Aston Carter, a prominent global technology firm, is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator. This position is fully remote and offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the execution of communication initiatives related to partnerships, including onboarding processes, marketing development funds (MDF), and incentive payouts.
  • Address and manage support inquiries and escalations from partners, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues.
  • Facilitate and enhance regular communications with partners, including conducting surveys, disseminating marketing updates, and sharing product news.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges faced by partners.
  • Serve as the primary contact for partners regarding operational and sales-related inquiries.
  • Deliver an exceptional partner experience through timely follow-ups, consistent communication, and transparency within the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work autonomously while managing operational tasks.
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to overcome obstacles.
  • Background in consulting, strategic partnerships, account management, or project management.
  • Strong communication skills with a proven ability to convey insights to diverse audiences, including senior management.
  • Passionate about problem-solving and delving into complex issues.
  • Self-motivated with a history of taking initiative.
  • Experience in prioritizing projects and responsibilities for multiple stakeholders.
