As a key member of our ward team, you will be responsible for supporting the Manager in ensuring that our service users' needs are met through the delivery of high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Assist in setting and maintaining standards of care
- Participate in maintaining effective management of the team and unit
- Maintain effective integration with the multi-disciplinary team
- Patient Care
- Participate in the assessment of care needs and the development, implementation, and evaluation of individual care plans
- Liaise with all members of the multi-disciplinary team and outside agencies in the implementation of patient care
- Operational Management
- Act in the role as site manager at times, supporting the operational management of the site
- Coordinate the section 136 suite
- Qualifications
- Valid RMN registered qualification
- Experience
- Experience at band 5
