About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Spa Therapist to join our team at Solent Hotel & Spa. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing high-quality beauty and massage treatments to our hotel and spa guests.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out a range of beauty and massage treatments, including facials, body wraps, and massages, to the highest standard.
  • Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for guests.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest needs and preferences, and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Share product knowledge and advice with guests, recommending suitable treatments and products.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, communicating with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A recognized qualification in beauty therapy, such as an NVQ Level 3 or BTEC National Diploma.
  • Experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality treatments and exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • A passion for health and beauty, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
