An exciting opportunity in the spa and wellness industry is available at Solent Hotel & Spa.

We are seeking a qualified and passionate Spa Therapist to deliver exceptional customer care and provide high-quality treatments to our hotel and spa guests.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out beauty and massage treatments to the highest standard
  • Maintaining a clean and welcoming treatment area
  • Providing warm hospitality and exceptional customer service
  • Sharing product knowledge and advice
  • Creating a relaxing and rejuvenating environment for our guests

Requirements:

An NVQ Level 3 or BTEC National Diploma in Beauty Therapy is preferred, but we may consider those with an NVQ level 2 and additional massage accreditations or a desire to complete a Level 3 in Holistic and Wellbeing Therapy.

Experience with different beauty product brands is beneficial, but full training will be provided.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to work effectively in a team and provide exceptional customer service.

A passion for health and beauty is essential, and experience in a similar role would be an advantage.

Our spa is open 7 days a week, so weekend work is a requirement.
