We are seeking a qualified Spa Therapist to deliver exceptional customer care and provide a high standard of treatments to our hotel and spa guests.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out beauty and massage treatments to the highest standard
  • Maintaining a clean and welcoming treatment area
  • Providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge
  • Creating a warm and inviting environment for our guests

Requirements:

We are looking for a Spa Therapist with a passion for health and beauty, who is able to effectively communicate with guests and colleagues. An NVQ Level 3 or BTEC National Diploma in Beauty Therapy is preferable, but we may consider those with an NVQ level 2 with additional massage accreditations or a desire to complete a Level 3 in Holistic and Wellbeing Therapy.

You will need to have a good rapport with other staff and guests, and be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Weekend work is part of the job, as our spa is open 7 days a week.
