Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Spa Therapist to join our team at Solent Hotel & Spa. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing high-quality beauty and massage treatments to our hotel and spa guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out a range of beauty and massage treatments, including facials, body wraps, and massages, to the highest standard.
- Maintain a clean and safe treatment area, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all guests feel welcome and valued.
- Share product knowledge and advice with guests, recommending suitable treatments and products.
- Create a warm and welcoming environment for our guests, ensuring that they feel relaxed and at ease.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 or BTEC National Diploma in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent).
- Experience in a similar role, with a passion for health and beauty.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays.
