We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Spa Therapist to deliver exceptional customer experiences and provide top-notch beauty and massage treatments to our hotel and spa guests.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out a range of beauty and massage treatments to the highest standard
- Maintain a clean and welcoming treatment area at all times
- Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a warm and welcoming environment for our guests
- Share product knowledge and advice to enhance the guest experience
- Work effectively with other staff members to deliver exceptional service
What We're Looking For:
An NVQ Level 3 or BTEC National Diploma in Beauty Therapy would be ideal, but we may consider those with an NVQ Level 2 and additional massage accreditations or a desire to complete a Level 3 in Holistic and Wellbeing Therapy.
You will need to have excellent communication skills, a good rapport with colleagues and guests, and be able to multitask effectively.
A passion for health and beauty is essential, and experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
