We are currently seeking multiple Customer Journey Project Coordinators for a contractual engagement, operating in a hybrid model.

About the Role:

This position offers an opportunity to join the Metro bank mortgage book acquisition journey team, facilitating the completion of all necessary tasks for the acquisition on NWB systems. You will be tasked with identifying avenues to digitize and streamline the customer journey while managing all downstream effects to ensure a seamless experience for customers involved in the metro bank acquisition.

Your Responsibilities:

As a Customer Journey Project Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing digital pathways for both Brokers and Customers, consolidating and automating all business performance activities to maintain an effortless customer journey.
  • Collaborating with downstream systems and teams to ensure precise identification and reporting.
  • Developing operational processes to integrate the acquired mortgage book onto NW systems.
  • Making informed decisions to prioritize and manage the journey backlog effectively.
  • Overseeing the journeys from inception to completion.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations, governance, and communication standards.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in Financial Services.
  • Familiarity with mortgage processes is preferred.
  • Experience in migration processes is advantageous.
  • Expertise in journey development is essential, along with proficiency in Agile methodologies.
