Job Summary:

Thames Reach is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to fill the role of Lead Worker. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing a flexible and responsive service to clients navigating homelessness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and support to front-line staff in delivering our services
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to prevent homelessness and support clients in achieving their goals
  • Collaborate with management to ensure the smooth operation of our projects and services
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to inform service development and improvement
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, staff, and external partners
