The Team
The EMEA Solutions Consultants play a vital role within the Outreach EMEA Go-To-Market strategy. Our focus is on delivering tangible business results for prospects by leveraging our expertise in both technology and industry knowledge. We strive to comprehend our prospects' challenges and objectives, guiding them toward sustainable solutions. This is achieved by becoming trusted allies to our potential and existing clients through our technical proficiency and industry insight, while collaborating with various internal teams (success, professional services, product, engineering, marketing) and external partners.
The Role
As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you will collaborate with Account Executives to demonstrate the capabilities of Outreach to both potential and existing clients. Your contributions will be crucial in driving new business, expansion, and renewal revenue within the EMEA region by managing compelling solution-oriented value propositions that address the critical go-to-market challenges faced by prospects or customers. Your responsibilities will include conducting product demonstrations, overseeing technical validation activities (such as proof-of-concept exercises and pilots), and assisting in the development of business cases throughout the customer lifecycle.
Your Daily Activities Will Include
  • Helping potential and existing clients solve their challenges and showcasing the value of Outreach as a trusted partner.
  • Collaborating with Commercial and Enterprise Account Executives to understand the circumstances and difficulties faced by prospects or customers.
  • Engaging with various internal and external stakeholders to comprehend their existing processes and devise solutions utilizing Outreach.
  • Providing insights and learnings from your extensive experience in enhancing business and sales development processes.
  • Facilitating user training on the Outreach application and best practices during pilot phases to drive adoption.
  • Translating prospect use cases into exceptional technical solutions with the Outreach application and illustrating the path to ROI.
  • Delivering engaging product demonstrations that highlight value propositions to inspire prospects about how Outreach can help them achieve their objectives.
  • Successfully managing technical validation events to ensure prospects' confidence in Outreach technology.
  • Sharing your sales and technical expertise with the Outreach field team and contributing to the Sales, Product, Marketing, and Success teams.
  • Assisting fellow Solutions Consultants in executing the aforementioned responsibilities.
  • Providing feedback to product management regarding successes and challenges encountered in the field.
Your Profile & Qualifications
  • 4-8+ years of experience in a solutions consulting or technical sales role.
  • A strong passion for SaaS technology solutions and artificial intelligence.
  • Familiarity with sales processes, lead and opportunity management, and forecasting.
  • A driven and motivated problem solver who navigates challenges to achieve success.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with various sales methodologies, frameworks, and processes.
  • An altruistic mindset with a "how-can-I-help?" and "we-can-solve-it" attitude.
  • Organized, collaborative, and unafraid to ask questions, with high emotional intelligence (EQ).
Technical Knowledge
  • Strong understanding of the Outreach sales engagement platform and its features.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, Dynamics, Hubspot) and sales tools.
  • Knowledge of sales processes, lead management, pipeline management, and forecasting.
  • Familiarity with sales execution technologies and best practices.
Sales and Consulting Experience
  • Previous experience in sales, account management, or a client-facing role is a bonus.
  • A natural curiosity to understand and address the key go-to-market challenges faced by prospects or customers.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to effectively position Outreach's solutions.
  • Experience in conducting product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of crafting compelling narratives based on client needs.
Industry and Domain Knowledge
  • A deep understanding of the sales and marketing sectors.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and challenges faced by sales teams.
  • Familiarity with various sales methodologies and sales enablement strategies.
  • Understanding of diverse customer segments and their unique requirements.
Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills
  • Ability to analyze complex business processes and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to propose tailored solutions for clients.
  • An analytical mindset to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
