About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Access and Participation Team as an Access and Outreach Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant contribution to ICMP's Access and Participation work by supporting the delivery of our access and outreach offer to young people, schools, community groups, and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the delivery of our access and outreach offer to young people, schools, community groups, and key stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement projects that support the attainment of young people from under-represented groups.
  • Work with a wide range of stakeholders to design, deliver, and evaluate projects that benefit and support students.
  • Evaluate and monitor the impact of our access and outreach work.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Access and Participation to ensure effective measurement of our work's impact.
Requirements
  • Experience of delivering projects and/or working with young people.
  • Ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Creativity to design, deliver, and evaluate projects that benefit and support students.
  • Knowledge of Access and Participation and Higher Education.
