We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Patient Services Advisor to join our team at Symphony Healthcare Services Limited. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to our healthcare team, including managing patient records, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.
- Ensure the smooth operation of our reception area, including greeting patients, handling queries, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and external agencies, using excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and objectives, demonstrating a strong sense of teamwork and enthusiasm.
- Use your initiative to resolve problems and improve processes, seeking advice when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, using your organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage your workload effectively.
- Contribute to the induction and training of new staff, sharing your knowledge and expertise to support their development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and external agencies.

- Ability to work well under pressure, using your initiative to resolve problems and improve processes.
- Good keyboard skills and computer literacy, with experience of using administrative software and systems.
- English and Maths GCSE or equivalent (grade A*-D/ grade 9 to 3).
- Experience of working within a team, with a strong sense of teamwork and enthusiasm.
