Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Reservations Coordinator to join our team at The Newt in Somerset. As a key member of our reservations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all guest inquiries are responded to accurately and in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Reservations Management: Manage and coordinate reservations for our hotel, visitor attractions, and spa facilities.
• Enquiry Handling: Respond to guest enquiries in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring that all guest needs are met.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with our reservations team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of guest bookings.
• Data Management: Accurately record and manage guest data, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and secure.

Requirements:
