Patient Services Advisor

Symphony Healthcare Services Limited is seeking a highly organized and communicative Patient Services Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis. This role involves providing administration and reception duties, ensuring the smooth running of the practice in accordance with agreed procedures and protocols.
Main Responsibilities- Provide exceptional patient care and support, responding to patient inquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Manage patient appointments, bookings, and home visits, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Deal with patient complaints and concerns, escalating issues to the Practice Manager as necessary.
- Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and photocopying, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions, contributing to the development of the practice.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm and composed under pressure.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare procedures, with a willingness to learn and develop skills.
