About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Ambassador at our state-of-the-art Innovation Centre in Stockport Town Centre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients receive a warm and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact for our clients and their guests, providing a friendly and professional welcome
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the centre, including opening and closing procedures, key management, and mail handling
  • Provide administrative support to the Assistant Centre Manager and Centre Manager, including event planning, booking, and coordination
  • Ensure the centre's meeting rooms and equipment are well-maintained and available for use
  • Monitor and maintain the centre's social media presence, including Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Support the development of new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive and productive work environment
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a business or innovation centre environment
