As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our clients receive a warm and welcoming experience.
Key Responsibilities- Be the first point of contact for our clients and their guests, providing a friendly and professional welcome
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the centre, including opening and closing procedures, key management, and mail handling
- Provide administrative support to the Assistant Centre Manager and Centre Manager, including event planning, booking, and coordination
- Ensure the centre's meeting rooms and equipment are well-maintained and available for use
- Monitor and maintain the centre's social media presence, including Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Support the development of new business opportunities and partnerships
- Contribute to the creation of a positive and productive work environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software
- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a business or innovation centre environment
- A competitive salary of £23,400 per annum
- 25 days' holiday plus Bank Holidays
