Compliance Advisory Role

Are you passionate about ensuring regulatory compliance in a dynamic financial services environment?

MUFG Bank, Ltd is seeking a skilled Compliance Advisory Specialist to join our team in London. As a key member of our Compliance Advisory team, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality regulatory advice to our bank and securities business activities in EMEA.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with private side businesses, providing advisory coverage across all Private Side businesses, including Investment and Corporate Banking teams, Capital Markets, Transaction Banking, and Structured Solutions.
  • Support the Head of Private Side Advisory and the broader team in all advisory matters, including participating in local and global projects and driving the operational implementation of key regulatory change initiatives.
  • Provide training to Private Side businesses on conduct and regulatory matters.

Requirements:

  • Sound compliance experience within a Front Office advisory role in an investment banking organization.
  • Strong knowledge of risk, compliance, and controls.
  • Strong educational background with a university degree preferably in Law and/or Financial Regulation.
