- Identify areas for improvement in systems and controls, and collaborate with the team to implement necessary changes.

- Prepare management presentations and reports on regulatory developments and compliance monitoring activities.
- Develop and maintain compliance-related policies, conduct internal compliance reviews, and perform legislative and regulatory gap analysis.
- Support the Compliance department in its advisory role in the business, conducting research and processing requests and queries.
- Manage product governance regulatory requirements, including regulatory compliance advice in periodic reviews and regulatory change impact.
- Monitor changes to the business and regulatory landscape, and work with the team to assess the impact on the compliance testing and monitoring plan.
- Proven experience in regulatory compliance, audit, or risk management.
- Knowledge of the applicable regulatory framework, including Conduct Risk and other relevant FCA sourcebooks.
- A pragmatic, commercial, and creative approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
