As a Compliance Advisory Specialist at Chip, you will play a critical role in ensuring our financial promotions are compliant with regulatory requirements. Your expertise will be essential in reviewing and approving app, website copy, and marketing materials to ensure they are fair, clear, and not misleading.

You will also provide product-specific advice and guidance to 1LOD business teams, gathering MI, taking minutes, and managing stakeholders for Chip's monthly Consumer Outcomes Committee. Additionally, you will review and update policies as part of our governance Risk & Compliance Committee and oversee all UK regulatory reporting, ensuring timely and accurate submission of reports to the FCA (PSD2 & MiFID II).

Requirements
  • Good experience of Financial Promotions signoff
  • Thorough understanding of the Financial Services regulatory framework in the UK
  • Deep working knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices related to compliance and financial services
  • Previous experience in a financial services Compliance role, particularly in Payment Services and Investments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Competence in planning and conducting monitoring/assurance reviews
  • Compliance qualification (desirable)
