London, Greater London, United Kingdom InterQuest Group Full time
Position Overview

We are collaborating with InterQuest Group, a leading consultancy firm committed to delivering exceptional advisory solutions. As the firm expands its reach, we are in search of outstanding professionals at various levels to enhance our advisory team. Our goal is to significantly elevate our advisory services in the coming year, and we are keen to attract individuals who are specialists in their respective domains.

Available Roles:

  1. Advisory Director
  2. Principal Consultant
  3. Senior Consultant
  4. Consultant

We foresee the recruitment of 8-10 professionals for these positions in the near future.

Candidate Profile:

  • Interpersonal Skills and Expertise: We seek candidates who possess a harmonious blend of technical knowledge and strong interpersonal abilities. Ideal candidates should be adept at engaging with diverse stakeholders, providing constructive challenges and support, and delivering insightful, actionable recommendations.
  • Risk and Compliance Background: Candidates must have extensive experience in risk management and compliance, particularly within the lending and wealth management sectors. A thorough understanding of regulatory frameworks and the ability to implement them effectively to enhance governance and address complaints is vital.
  • Consulting Background: Previous consulting experience is highly advantageous. We prefer candidates who have varied their professional experiences rather than those who have remained in a single role or industry for prolonged periods.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Proficiency in applying regulatory guidelines such as the Consumer Credit sourcebook (CONC) and the Conduct of Business sourcebook (COBS) within the wealth management domain is essential.
  • Flexibility: The capability to tailor onboarding processes for different types of organizations (wealth management versus retail lending) is crucial.
