We are seeking an experienced Hospital Director to lead our Learning Disabilities service at Bradley Complex Care. Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality healthcare services that respond to the changing needs of purchasers and patients.
- Ensure both quality and financial targets are met, and lead the senior management team on site to develop local strategy and ensure adherence to the service's objectives.
- Promote and enhance the hospital's reputation for specialist care and service.
- Fulfill the role of Registered Manager as per CQC expectations.
- Engage with Provider Collaboratives and contribute to the development of commercial opportunities with purchasers and referrers.
- Excellent track record in a management role within the healthcare sector.
- Clinical background in and understanding of Learning Disabilities.
- Emphasis on performance and delivery to support successful service delivery and development, budget control, business development, and revenue generation.
- Credible, inclusive, and supportive management style balanced with strong leadership and sound underpinning knowledge to provide direction and implement change.
- Knowledge of clinical and non-clinical operational activities within a health sector organization.
- Working knowledge of the NHS and Independent Healthcare sectors.
- Annual salary up to £65,000- £70,000.
