Client Support Coordinator

We are looking for a Temporary Client Support Coordinator to join a vibrant team and assist in our client's Distributor Markets.
Role Summary:
This position is ideal for individuals with prior experience in client support who are passionate about providing outstanding service. As a Temporary Client Support Coordinator, you will be instrumental in ensuring timely and precise customer assistance by managing sales orders and addressing client inquiries.
Location:
Exeter, Hybrid (Initial remote work available)
Contract Duration:
Fixed term for 6 months
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 32.25 hours per week, 08:45 - 17:00, with an early finish at 16:00 on Fridays.
Compensation:
£12.26 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team by providing accurate information and actively supporting them in meeting sales objectives.
- Address and resolve client complaints in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure seamless communication regarding assigned brands.
- Maintain comprehensive records and files of completed tasks.
- Coordinate with third-party suppliers to fulfill client requirements.
- Accurately and efficiently process client orders and credits.
- Prepare export shipment documentation, including cross-border coordination with sales offices and shipping departments.
- Monitor and manage deliveries and backorders for specific accounts.
- Cultivate strong relationships with both internal and external clients.
- Share accurate information about the company and its offerings to assist existing and prospective clients.

The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional communication skills.
- A positive and proactive approach to tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- The ability to quickly adapt to new systems and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- A sense of ownership and initiative.
- An organized approach to workload management, demonstrating urgency.
- Previous experience in a client support environment is essential.
