**Job Summary**

Enthrive Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to spearhead company growth and maximize new business revenue opportunities. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of senior sales and experience selling into the trade, specifically to plumbers and plumbing companies.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Maximise revenue from existing accounts through effective account management and relationship building

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through referrals, outbound activities, and lead generation

• Showcase market-leading supplies and products to the target market, highlighting their unique value proposition

• Develop and implement strategies to organically grow the client base and increase revenue

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency

**Requirements**

• Proven track record of senior sales experience, with a focus on selling into the trade

• Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyze business data to inform sales strategies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines

• Strong business development skills, with a focus on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
