In the realm of B2B transactions, whether it involves software solutions, hardware, or service providers, the average procurement cycle extends beyond three months, necessitating over 50 communications and engaging various stakeholders such as IT, Legal, InfoSec, and Finance.


Entrepreneur First's platform streamlines the entire procurement journey:

offering employees a straightforward interface for making requests (Intake), overseeing the essential approvals required for purchases (Approvals Engine), and automating the management of renewals and supplier risk evaluations.

Our solution provides both purchasers and finance & procurement leaders with crucial insights into expenditure patterns, timing, and rationale.

We are in search of an outstanding hands-on recruiter to assist in scaling Entrepreneur First.

We firmly believe in the significance of execution and taking initiative, thus this role will focus heavily on sourcing, outreach, and volume, while also learning and applying our rigorous standards to effectively evaluate candidates.

As outreach is a significant part of our process, you will excel at establishing initial connections with candidates, articulating our mission and value proposition, and maintaining an organized and professional approach to ensure our talent pipelines progress efficiently.

While quality remains our top priority in candidate selection, we recognize that increasing volume enhances our chances of swiftly identifying the right quality candidates.

If managing the talent function is a priority for you, or if you aspire to become a manager in the near future, please note that we advocate for lean teams and flat organizational structures. We only introduce management layers when absolutely necessary.

New layers of management will be added only when the current manager reaches capacity for direct reports, and we cannot guarantee that the talent function will be the first area to receive such a layer, nor that the individual hired for this role will lead that team. However, we are strong proponents of promoting internal talent; all our C-Suite executives were once first-time leaders.
