We are in search of a seasoned HR Business Partner who will serve as both a strategic and operational ally, delivering excellence across all facets of the HR function. This role involves coaching and empowering managers in effective people management while providing a proactive, comprehensive HR service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture positive, collaborative relationships with management teams and essential stakeholders to align HR strategies with business objectives and address critical issues.
  • Offer guidance, support, and coaching to enhance the skills of managers on HR matters, including employee relations, dispute resolution, absence management, performance management, and various other HR-related concerns.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for all employees regarding employee relations and operational HR matters, with support from HR Advisors.
  • Contribute to the development and promotion of diversity and inclusion initiatives within your business areas and across the organization, acting as a catalyst for change.
  • Actively engage in Senior Management Team meetings, providing insightful contributions to the people agenda and broader business discussions, thereby enhancing margin and financial performance.

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholder groups, with strong organizational skills and the capacity to navigate ambiguity.
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen and awareness of cost management, ROI, margin optimization, and the implications of workforce planning.
  • Experience managing complex TUPE processes and redundancies.
  • Proven track record in creating and delivering training sessions focused on employment law.
  • Over 3 years of experience managing a high volume of employee relations cases, including experience with employment tribunals.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of employment law.
  • This position requires regular travel.
