HR Business Partner

We are looking for a skilled HR Business Partner to serve as both a strategic and operational collaborator, delivering excellence across all facets of the HR function. This role involves coaching and empowering managers in effective people management while providing a comprehensive and proactive HR service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and foster positive, collaborative relationships with management teams and key stakeholders to align HR initiatives with business strategies and address critical issues.
  • Offer guidance, support, and coaching to enhance managers' skills in HR matters, including employee relations, dispute resolution, absence management, performance management, and various HR-related challenges.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for employees on employee relations and operational HR matters, with assistance from HR Advisors.
  • Contribute to the development and promotion of diversity and inclusion strategies within business areas and across the organization, acting as a change agent.
  • Engage actively in Senior Management Team meetings, providing insightful contributions to the people agenda and broader business discussions, thereby supporting improvements in margin and financial performance.

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, with strong organizational skills and the capacity to navigate ambiguity.
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen and understanding of cost management, ROI, margin optimization, and workforce planning impacts.
  • Experience managing complex TUPE processes and redundancy situations.
  • Proven track record in creating and delivering training sessions focused on employment law.
  • Minimum of 3 years managing a high volume of employee relations cases, including experience with employment tribunals.
  • Solid knowledge of employment law.
  • This position requires regular travel.
