Director of Digital Transformation

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our digital transformation efforts and drive innovation in healthcare. As Director of Digital Transformation, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with the Trust's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a digital transformation strategy that improves patient care and service delivery
  • Lead a team of professionals to design and deliver digital solutions that meet the needs of patients and staff
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize digital projects that drive business value
  • Manage and oversee the development and implementation of digital solutions, including IT systems and infrastructure
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital solutions and make recommendations for improvement
