Transform Healthcare with Visionary Leadership

Wrightington, Wigan and Leigh Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Programme Manager to lead the Digital Transformation Programme. This is a unique opportunity to spearhead a groundbreaking programme that will revolutionise patient care and service delivery.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver a comprehensive Digital Transformation Programme that aligns with the Trust's strategy and objectives.
  • Provide leadership and strategic direction to the Digital Services team, ensuring effective service delivery and championing new and transformational ways of working.
  • Manage the Programme budget, ensuring expenditure is in line with budget plans and constraints.
  • Implement and contribute to the development of the Trust's Digital Strategy.

Person Specification

  • Master's degree in a related subject or demonstrable equivalent experience.
  • Substantial experience of delivering complex Digital projects within a Health environment.
  • Excellent change management skills, including major service reconfiguration.
