Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide basic digital support to help people use smartphones, tablets, computers, or laptops
  • Assist with online tasks, such as using the internet, email, and everyday apps
  • Help learners stay safe online and transact securely
  • Support the creation of documents and sharing of photos
