About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Service Advisor to join our dynamic team at Greenbean. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with potential customers via outbound calls to showcase the benefits of partnering with Greenbean.
  • Manage warm leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed targeted KPIs, including sales revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
Requirements
  • Proven customer service experience, with a strong track record of meeting targets and delivering excellent customer experiences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
