Position Overview

Product Sales Consultant

At Work Lyf Group Limited, we are seeking a Product Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team, supporting our esteemed client in the sales of street furniture.

Role Responsibilities:

As part of a dedicated and enthusiastic sales team, your primary responsibilities will encompass the following:

Key Duties for Sales Consultant:

Engaging with both public and private sectors, our clientele includes municipal authorities, educational institutions, architects, and contractors.

Delivering technical and sales guidance to clients through both verbal and written communication.

Preparing detailed written quotations using the internal CRM system as necessary.

Ensuring clients receive quotations in a timely manner, both before and after issuance.

Identifying sales prospects and successfully closing sales opportunities.

Reviewing all quotations to guarantee complete accuracy.

In collaboration with the internal system, reaching out to clients to update and finalize orders, including documenting notes and tracking the progress of ongoing projects where relevant.

Qualifications and Skills Required for Sales Consultant:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Capability to interpret technical drawings.
  • Confidence in reviewing bills of quantities and tender documents.
  • Familiarity with the tendering process.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to optimize efficiency.
  • Proficient sales negotiation skills.
  • Strong computer skills, including experience with internal database systems and MS Office.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy with minimal oversight.
  • A positive and proactive attitude.

Working Schedule:

Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 16:30.
