About the Role

Cater Shaw Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Homes Sales Consultant to join our team. As a New Homes Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling new homes to clients and negotiating offers between developers and buyers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Register client details and book property viewings
  • Negotiate offers between developers and buyers
  • Work with the sales team to deliver success and consistently high service standards
  • Canvass and produce new business leads
  • Engage with clients to establish their needs and wants
  • Prepare contracts and terms to secure sales
  • Advertise properties through various channels
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients
Requirements
  • Demonstrable track record of success in a target-driven sales role
  • Knowledge or experience working in new homes sales
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to build strong relationships
What We Offer
