About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven New Homes Sales Consultant to join our team at Cater Shaw Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our New Homes division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Register client details and book property viewings to showcase our new homes to potential buyers
  • Negotiate offers between developers and buyers to secure sales and meet targets
  • Work collaboratively with your team to deliver success and consistently high service standards
  • Canvass and produce new business opportunities to expand our customer base
  • Engage with clients through various channels, including social media, to establish a strong reputation and build trust
  • Prepare contracts and terms to secure sales and ensure a smooth transaction process
  • Advertise properties through multiple channels to maximize visibility and attract potential buyers
Requirements
  • Demonstrable track record of success in a target-driven sales role, preferably in the estate agency industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy
  • Enthusiasm to learn and develop skills to drive career growth and success in the property industry
What We Offer
  • Basic annual salary ranging between £18,000 to £25,000, dependent on experience
