Job Summary: We are seeking a self-employed Sales Design Consultant to join our team, working across the Stoke/Stafford areas. As a Sales Design Consultant, you will be responsible for designing and selling fitted bedrooms and Home Collections to customers in their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and sell fitted bedrooms and Home Collections to customers in their homes
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
  • Work independently as a self-employed Sales Design Consultant, with full training provided
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and commissions
  • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues

Requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive attitude and strong desire to succeed
  • Previous sales experience is advantageous, but not essential
  • A focus on exceptional customer service and building strong relationships
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
