Position Overview

We are pleased to announce an opportunity for several Lead Care Support Specialists to join our First Response Services team. This role will involve working across various settings, including mental health units and healthcare facilities. Both full-time and part-time positions are available. The successful candidates will engage in Urgent Care Mental Health First Response Services, which encompasses Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Teams, Liaison Services, Street Triage Services, and the Crisis Line.

Key Responsibilities

The Lead Care Support Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting qualified professionals, primarily within the Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team, while also contributing to the broader Urgent Care Mental Health First Response Service.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Guiding individuals to appropriate services and resources.
  • Establishing strong partnerships with third-sector organizations and collaborative agencies to effectively address the needs of individuals in distress.
