Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of workforce strategies and plans to support the Trust's People Strategy and national NHS People Plan.
- Responsible for the implementation, development, and maintenance of transactional HR systems and processes to improve efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and staff experience.
- Develop and implement operational strategies and plans for HR services within the portfolio, ensuring a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
- Provide specialist advice and guidance to senior managers and leads on all areas of the portfolio, including workforce planning, recruitment, and resourcing.
The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre NHSFT is one of three specialist cancer centres in England, providing non-surgical cancer treatment to a million population across Cheshire and Merseyside. Requirements- Education to degree level and postgraduate qualification in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
- Experience of leading and managing operational teams and processes to tight deadlines, with significant HR experience in a large complex organisation.
- Knowledge and understanding of Electronic Staff Record (ESR) and e-roster systems, with a proven track record of implementing workforce initiatives within a complex environment.
