About the Role
The Clatterbridge Cancer Centre NHSFT is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the delivery of employment services and systems. As the Head of Employment Services and Systems Lead, you will be responsible for the strategic development and implementation of workforce planning, recruitment, and resourcing strategies that meet the needs of the Trust.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of workforce planning strategies to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time.
- Manage the delivery of employment services, including recruitment, resourcing, and ESR/e-roster systems.
- Collaborate with the Workforce and OD senior leadership team to deliver the Trust's People Strategy and national NHS People Plan.
- Develop and implement operational strategies and plans for HR services within the portfolio.
- Continuously refine and improve internal processes to optimise team efficiency and effectiveness.
