We have an exciting opportunity to recruit a Business information Officer to support our Wirral Administration Service. This post will be based at Springview, Clatterbridge Hospital and will support our acute Adult Mental Health Service.

We are looking for a motivated and resourceful individual to join our team. You should possess commitment to team working and innovative delivery of excellent standards of work.

The Wirral Administration Service consists of 4 administration hubs. We are a supportive, competent and caring team. We aim to provide high quality administrative support services to our colleagues across the Wirral locality to improve the safety, health and well-being of the people within our area.

We will ensure that you have access to internal opportunities for development with access to supervision and appraisal.

To support the Wirral Administration Team and services in co-coordinating
business information processes and data to performance management,
data quality and service development and clinical systems.

The post holder will be the focal point for information and contractual data.
To undertake specific projects as directed in line with the remit of this post.

The applicant will also be expected to be able to organise and prioritise their own workload on a daily basis to ensure that time deadlines are met and that urgent work is accommodated.

This is a varied role and can be demanding at times whilst supporting the clinical teams. The applicant will also be expected to provide cross cover for colleagues as and when required.

CWP provides health and care services for local people, including mental health, learning disability, community physical health and all-age disability care - including the provision of three GP surgeries.
